Kinro currently serves patients in Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec. Where we can ship depends on your province and the type of medication, because some products require refrigerated (cold-chain) shipping.
If you're in a province we don't ship to directly
If you're outside our direct-shipping areas, we may still be able to help: if you're approved for treatment, we can often send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice for pickup. Reach out to our support team to find out what's possible for your location.
What about ED medication?
Because ED medication doesn't require refrigeration, we're able to ship it anywhere in Canada.
