To be a Kinro patient you must be 18 years of age or older and located in a province we currently serve — Ontario, Alberta, or Quebec. Where we can prescribe and ship depends on both your province and the type of treatment, because some medications require refrigerated (cold-chain) shipping.
Who qualifies for weight management treatment?
Eligibility for the weight loss program is reviewed by a licensed practitioner during your consultation. Generally, to qualify you'll need to meet one of the following, and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident currently living in Canada:
A BMI of 30 or higher, or
A BMI of 27 or higher with a related health condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea.
Your practitioner may recommend alternative treatment options if a GLP-1 medication isn't the right fit for you.
Weight management (GLP-1) shipping
For cold-chain GLP-1 medication, we currently ship directly to patients in Ontario and Quebec.
If you're in Alberta, you can still be treated through Kinro — instead of home delivery, you provide your local pharmacy's information and we send your prescription there for you to pick up.
Erectile dysfunction and men's health treatment
Erectile dysfunction medication does not require refrigerated shipping, so we're able to ship it anywhere in Canada.
