- Can I try the medication for a month or two before committing?Yes. There's no long-term commitment — you're welcome to try your treatment and see how you respond, and pause or cancel anytime
- How is Kinro different from other weight loss programs?Three things set Kinro apart: no upfront cost, hands-on insurance help, and ongoing care after your prescription.
- It's an emergency — what should I do?Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Kinro is not intended for medical emergencies.
- Can I be assessed remotely?Yes. Our online assessment is designed to gather everything a practitioner needs to determine whether a prescription is appropriate for you.
- Does Kinro replace my family doctor?No. Kinro is a faster way to get specific prescription medications, but it doesn't replace your primary care physician.
- I already have a prescription — can Kinro fill it?If you already have a prescription, you'll still complete a quick consultation and upload it for your practitioner to review. If appropriate, they'll issue your prescription through our pharmacy.
- How do I activate my plan after my consultation?Once your practitioner approves you, you activate your plan from your messages to start your prescription.
