How the remote assessment works
We worked with specialists to build an assessment process that gathers sufficient information for a licensed healthcare practitioner to determine whether you're eligible for a prescription and to craft an appropriate treatment plan — all without an in-person visit.
What if the practitioner needs more information?
If your practitioner needs to better understand your health history, they may follow up with you through secure messaging, or occasionally arrange to speak with you directly. They'll let you know if anything further is needed.
