Can I return my medication?

For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medication can't be returned, and all sales are final.

We're unable to accept returns of prescription medication. For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription products can't be returned for reuse or resale once dispensed, and all sales are final.

Why can't medication be returned?

Once a prescription medication leaves the pharmacy, it can't be brought back into inventory — this is a standard pharmacy safety requirement, not specific to Kinro. It protects every patient by ensuring medication is never re-dispensed after leaving our control.

What if there's a problem with my medication?

While we can't accept returns, we do stand behind your treatment. If your pen is defective, or your medication may have been compromised in transit (for example, it arrived warm), contact our support team — our pharmacy team will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. (See the defective-pen and medication-storage articles.)

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel future treatment at any time so you're not charged going forward. (See: “How do I cancel or pause my subscription?”) Cancelling stops upcoming orders, but it doesn't allow a return of medication already dispensed.
