How the month-to-month model works
Your treatment is managed month to month. Each month, ahead of your renewal, you complete a quick check-in with your practitioner, and your next order is prepared only if you choose to continue. You're never locked into a fixed term.
What if I decide it's not for me?
You can pause or cancel at any time from your profile under Billing, and no further charges will be made. Many patients start with a month or two to see how they tolerate the medication before settling into a longer routine — that's completely normal and welcome.
