The $29 monthly fee is your Kinro care fee. It is separate from the cost of your medication, and it covers the ongoing support that comes with being a Kinro patient.

When does the care fee start?
Your first month of care is free. The $29 fee begins in Month 2 and continues monthly while your plan is active.
Is this the same as my medication cost?
No. The care fee and your medication cost are billed separately. The $29 covers your care and renewals; your medication is billed at its own price when an order is filled.
Are there taxes?
There's no tax on your medication, but applicable tax does apply to the $29 care fee.
What if I pause or cancel?
If you pause or cancel your plan, the care fee stops. If you ever see a charge you don't recognize, contact our support team and we'll walk through your account with you.
