I was charged but my medication should be covered by insurance

If you were charged out of pocket but expected insurance to cover it, contact us — we can refund and set up your co-pay billing instead.

If you were charged the full medication cost but expected your insurance to cover it, don't worry — we can sort this out.

What to do

Contact our support team as soon as possible and let us know your order should be covered by insurance. If the payment shouldn't have been taken, we'll process a refund.

How co-pay billing works

Once your insurance is set up on your account, you'll only be charged your co-pay amount each month (if any) rather than the full medication cost. Our pharmacy charges the co-pay to the card on file.

Make sure your insurance is on file

To avoid being billed the full amount, your insurance details and any required prior authorization should be in place before your order is processed. See our Insurance & Coverage articles for how to submit your information.
