I was charged twice or see a charge I don't recognize

Most billing questions come down to the two separate charges on your account. Here's how to tell them apart, and what to do if something looks wrong.

We're sorry for any concern an unexpected charge can cause. Most billing questions come down to understanding the two separate charges on a Kinro account — but if something genuinely looks wrong, we'll make it right.

The two charges on your account

Kinro bills two separate things: your $29 monthly care fee, and the cost of your medication when an order is filled. Seeing both around the same time is normal and is not a duplicate charge.

What if I was actually charged twice?

If you believe you were charged the same amount twice, contact our support team with your order number or the dates of the charges. We'll review your account, and if a duplicate charge was made in error, we'll issue a refund. Refunds typically appear on your card within 3 to 5 business days.

What if my insurance changed and I shouldn't have been billed?

If your coverage changed or you cancelled a plan and were still billed, let us know. We'll review the invoices in question and process any refund you're owed.
