Tracking your delivery

Once your tracking number is issued, it's the most up-to-date source for where your package is. Here's how delivery works and when to reach out to us.

How your order is delivered depends on where you live. In the Greater Toronto Area, your medication is delivered by our own courier service, which is how we offer same-day and next-business-day delivery. Everywhere else in Canada, we ship through Purolator. Either way, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Why check your tracking first?

Your tracking link updates as your package moves, so when you check it, you're seeing the same live delivery information our team sees. For a quick “where is my package right now” question, your tracking number gives you the fastest, most current answer.

My tracking number isn't showing updates yet

A tracking number only starts showing movement once the courier scans your package after pickup from our pharmacy. If yours isn't updating yet, it's usually just waiting on that first scan — please allow until the next business day and check again.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

In most cases, yes. Because your shipment contains prescription medication, an adult signature is required on delivery. This is a standard pharmacy requirement that ensures your medication reaches you safely and isn't left unattended. If you're not home when the courier arrives, they'll automatically attempt delivery again the next business day.

When should I contact Kinro?

Reach out to our support team if your tracking shows a delivery problem, if your expected delivery date has clearly passed with no movement, if your tracking still isn't active more than one business day after you received it, or if your tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package. We're always happy to help — checking tracking first just means that when something does need our team, we can jump straight to fixing it.
