When you're getting close to needing more medication, it's easy to reorder so you don't run out.

When it's time to reorder, you'll be prompted to confirm your next order and choose a delivery date. You can complete this from your account, and once payment is confirmed, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy to be filled.

If you need your next order sooner — for travel or because you're running low — contact our support team and we'll do our best to accommodate, as long as it's appropriate with your prescription.

If you'd like a different dose for your next order, message your practitioner first so they can review and approve the change. Once approved, we'll make sure your renewal reflects the new dose.
